Terms of Service
The agreement governing use of NEXUS AI: accounts, subscriptions and billing, acceptable use, AI features, warranties, liability, and termination.
Accounts and the Service
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and NEXUS AI, Inc. governing the platform, websites, APIs, CLI, and MCP integrations. You must be at least 18 and are responsible for activity under your account. The Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Free Plan Usage Policy.
Plans, billing, and payment
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled, billed through Stripe. Price changes take effect at renewal after at least 30 days notice. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. The Free plan is for testing and evaluation under the Free Plan Usage Policy.
Your content and AI output
You retain rights in your code, data, and prompts, and grant NEXUS AI a license to host and process them to run the Service. AI App Builder output is generated using third-party model providers under their terms, is provided as is, and must be reviewed before you rely on or deploy it. NEXUS AI does not use your content to train its own models.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for illegal or infringing activity, malware or phishing, spam or network attacks, cryptocurrency mining on managed infrastructure, PHI without a Business Associate Agreement, circumventing plan limits, or unauthorized resale. NEXUS AI may suspend or remove content that violates these Terms.
Disclaimers, liability, and termination
The Service and AI output are provided as is without warranties. NEXUS AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the greater of fees paid in the prior twelve months or USD 100. Either party may terminate; data is available for export for 30 days after termination. Governed by Delaware law with disputes in Delaware courts.
App plus database plus worker
A typical NEXUS AI deployment can run a web app, a PostgreSQL database, a Redis queue, and a background worker as one connected service group. The app and worker share the same deployment network, so application code can use internal hostnames such as postgresql and redis instead of hard-coded host ports or external database addresses.
Storage and recovery included
Production apps usually need more than compute. NEXUS AI supports persistent filesystem volumes for apps that write to paths such as /data, S3-compatible buckets for uploads and generated files, database backups, in-place restore, and restore into another compatible service in the same organization.
One workflow across interfaces
The same stack can be managed from the dashboard, CLI, REST API, or MCP tools. Developers can deploy from GitHub, add database services, attach storage, run workers, scale replicas, inspect logs, create backups, and recover data without switching between cloud consoles and hand-built scripts.
